Christmas would not be Christmas without the London Mozart Players’ annual family Christmas concert at St John’s. We’ve got a programme packed full of your festive favourites as well as a few surprises, but do book early as this concert always sells out.
Put on that Christmas jumper, dig out that Santa hat and join us for what will be an unforgettable evening guaranteed to get you singing along!

Our programme includes the seasonal – The Nutcracker and Sleigh Ride, the modern – ‘Walking in the Air’ from The Snowman, and the brand new – ‘Only You’, a song written especially for this concert by Michael Omar with members of Crisis Skylight Singers. And of course, all your best-loved traditional carols to join in with. We have invited some of our best musical mates to perform alonside us, including the Croydon Citadel Band, orchestras from Rockmount and Cypress schools, the Rockmount School Choir, The Crisis Skylight Singers, The Welcome Choir and the newly-established Hive Choir. Soloists include Erin Morgan, playing a violin from LMP’s Amnesty for Musical Instruments collection, the winner of this year’s ‘Musical Star’ competition and a treble from Trinity School for the all-important solos. All this plus mulled wine, mince pies and a glorious Christmas tree!

TICKETS NOW ON SALE – Early bird 15% discount available if you book by Tuesday 3 December.

The LMP’s 2019/20 ‘Season of Virtuosos’ at St John the Evangelist is supported using public funding by Arts Council England and the Croydon Cultural Partnership Fund.
