Our education and outreach programme was created with one mission in mind: to give audiences everywhere uninhibited access to Classical music.

We know that there are groups of people whose presence is not always as visible within our community as it should be, and who may find local arts opportunities harder to access.
Although not every child or young person will grow up to become an artist or musician, we know that access and exposure to creative arts supports young people in their development and helps them make choices about their future.
The role that music plays in supporting mental health and wellbeing is long-established, with research showing that music can relax the mind, energize the body, and even help people better manage pain.
With a diverse and multicultural audience locally and globally, we take very seriously the need to ensure that our work is reflective of the audiences that we seek to serve, cutting across the intersections of race, gender, wealth and education.
